Struct LinkTable

A name-resolution table: identifier → (kind label, slug).

kind is one of "fn" | "struct" | "enum" | "interface" | "derive" | "const". The kind disambiguates [fn foo] from a hypothetical [struct foo] (Gruel disallows shadowing across kinds today, but the lookup table tolerates both spellings).
