A named field binding in a struct / struct-variant pattern.

When field_name is None, this is the .. sentinel (ADR-0049 Phase 6). Otherwise, sub may be:

• None — shorthand: field (binds field to a same-named local).
• Some(Pattern::Wildcard(..)) — field: _ drops the field.
• Some(Pattern::Ident { ... }) — field: name renames.
• Some(other) — recursive destructure of the field’s value.

Only meaningful for shorthand or when sub is Pattern::Ident.
